Our Story

More Than a Bar — It's a Midland Tradition

Peppers Bar was born from a simple idea: why choose between great coffee and great cocktails? On La Force Blvd, we've built a space where Midland comes together — whether you're grabbing a morning espresso before work or unwinding with a craft cocktail after.

Our team pours passion into every cup and pour, using locally sourced ingredients and recipes crafted with care. This is your neighborhood spot, elevated.
